Shift details and requirements
To ensure everything runs efficiently, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Commitment: Each shift is a full 2-hour commitment.
- Age requirement: All volunteers must be 18 or older.
- Concession stand rules: Due to limited space, only the scheduled volunteer is allowed in the stand. For safety reasons, no players or younger siblings are permitted inside.
- Duties: Most shifts involve grilling, taking orders, and restocking. On occasion, we may also need help with field setup or grounds cleanup.
Important policies
- Changes and cancellations: We schedule our staff around your volunteer slots. If you need to change your time, please do so at least 48 hours before your shift begins.
- Tournament weather/cancellations:
- If a tournament is canceled more than 72 hours before your shift, you will need to sign up for a new time slot.
- If it is canceled with less than 72 hours notice, your shift is considered fulfilled.
